  If you will be out and about on Halloween make sure you keep in mind some of the following safety tips before heading out.

1. Creep down the streets, be extra careful when driver through a neighborhood; their will be many ghouls and goblins out trick or treating.

2. When crossing the street, make eye contact with drivers before crossing the street to ensure that the driver sees you.

3. If your wearing a dark costume, make sure your wearing  reflective tape or glow stick to make you more visible to drivers.

4. Be cautious of stopped cars, children may be exiting the vehicle or getting into one.

5. Have fun, be scary, and make sure  all candy inspected by an adult before eating.
